Description of Services

ruby-tundra provides pet care services including but not limited to dog walking, pet grooming, pet sitting, and training sessions. Services are provided by our team of qualified pet carers in designated service areas across Australia.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pets
• Disclose any known health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements of your pets
• Ensure your pets are up to date with vaccinations as required
• Provide safe access to your home when required for services
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or pet's condition
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during peak periods. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking for single services or weekly for recurring arrangements. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Service Limitations

Our services are designed for healthy pets in stable condition. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where:

• A pet exhibits aggressive behaviour that poses a safety risk
• A pet has a contagious illness or parasite infestation
• The environment is unsafe for our staff
• Accurate information about the pet was not provided

Liability and Insurance

While we maintain comprehensive liability insurance and take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee against all incidents. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing health conditions or injuries
• Damage caused by your pet to property or persons
• Incidents resulting from undisclosed information
• Loss or damage to personal property

Emergency Procedures

In the event of a medical emergency involving your pet, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we may take your pet to the nearest veterinary facility. You agree to be responsible for any emergency veterinary costs incurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ruby-tundra and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
